PJ Mustipher, a former Penn State defensive tackle, joins the Philadelphia Eagles.
Another former Penn State standout is heading to Philadelphia. PJ Mustipher, an All-Big Ten defensive tackle with the Nittany Lions, has signed a one-year deal with the Eagles as a free agent, the franchise announced Tuesday evening.
“Seeing what the Eagles have been able to accomplish over the past few years has been nothing short of amazing,” Mustipher said in a press release. “There is a lot of talent on this roster and along the defensive line, so there was nothing better for my career moving forward than being a part of this organization.”
This will be Mustipher’s third team in the NFL. The former Nittany Lion, after going unselected in the 2023 draft, signed as a free agent with the Denver Broncos. Mustipher was then signed off Denver’s practice squad to the New Orleans Saints’ active roster last December.
