Atlanta Braves v Chicago White Sox

Favorite player props for the Atlanta Braves against the White Sox on.

Tonight at 7:40 PM EST in Chicago, the Atlanta Braves (3-1) take on the Chicago White Sox (0-4) in the second game of a three-game series. While Garrett Crochet gets the bump for the White Sox for his second start, Reynaldo Lopez makes his Braves debut.

Over the past three seasons, Lopez has been a very effective reliever. After 2022, this will be his first start. Since 2019, when he was a member of the White Sox, he has not been a full-time starter. In 32 appearances, Lopez recorded a strong 3.91 ERA in 2018. He set a league record most earned runs allowed in 2019.

Lopez has a 3.14 ERA, 9.6 SO/9, 2.8 BB/9, and this since 2021. Crochet, meanwhile, just finished his first major league start. With eight strikeouts in six innings pitched, Crochet gave up only one earned run. It was a fantastic showing.

White Sox vs. Braves odds: Atlanta is preferred over Chicago
At -1.5 runs, the Braves are the favorite today at DraftKings Sports Book. Compared to yesterday’s -2.5, which they easily covered and won 9-0, this is an improvement. The Braves’ pitching matchup isn’t as good right now. As everyone is unsure of what to expect from Lopez, crochet is coming off a strong start. I think it sounds fantastic.

Atlanta Braves v Chicago White Sox

I haven’t seen any player prop lines for Reynaldo Lopez’s strikeouts as of this writing. It will probably be rather low. In ten games, the White Sox have struck out forty times. I’m taking the over if Reynaldo’s line is set cautiously at 4.5.

The Braves have scored 34 runs in four games. Only eight runs have been scored by the White Sox.
As of this writing, I have the Braves at -1.5 and -142 odds. See the odds as of right now here.

White Sox against. Ozzie Albies player prop
Ozzie Albies is favored to get a hit at -370 according to FanDuel Sports Book. Albies gets a key matchup against a lefty and has seen the ball really well through four games this season.
