According to ESPN, Boston Scott, a former running back for the Philadelphia Eagles who is well-known for controlling the New York Giants, and the Los Angeles Rams finalized a one-year contract agreement on Tuesday.

Following the news, Scott praised Howie Roseman, general manager of the Eagles, Jeffrey Lurie, and others on social media.

“Thank you to Mr. Lurie, Howie Houdini, the front desk staff, all of the employees, the coaches, and most importantly, my teammates who genuinely had faith in me. I’m still writing the story I’ve always wanted to write, and you’re a part of it now. Thank you very much,” Scott wrote in part.

Scott spent the past six seasons in Philly and played in 75 regular season games for the Birds as the team’s backup running back and occasionally returned punts and kicks.
