A report in the Italian press states that in order to capture Fiorentina defender Nikola Milenkovic, Nottingham Forest will need to raise their original bid.

The Serbian international has been connected to a move to the City Ground in recent days as the Premier League team looks to bolster their roster this summer.

Today’s Breezysports Sport reports on the most recent developments surrounding Nottingham Forest’s attempt to sign Milenkovic, stating that the English team will have to raise their €15 million bid.
The initial offer of €15 million only forced the two teams to the negotiation table, and it is said that Fiorentina would seek at least €20 million for the central defender. Transfer negotiations are reportedly in their early stages, thus an agreement does not appear to be imminent at this time.
We just reported reports from Italy yesterday, indicating that Forest is in the lead to sign the 26-year-old, but they will have competition from Premier League teams for his services. There are also reports that Aston Villa, Fulham, and Tottenham Hotspur are interested in the Viola player.

With a contract with Fiorentina through June 2027, Milenkovic made 49 appearances for the Serie A team in the previous campaign.
