The Las Vegas Raiders have unveiled their coaching staff for the 2025 season, featuring a notable family connection: head coach Pete Carroll’s sons, Brennan and Nate Carroll, have joined the team in key roles.
Brennan Carroll has been appointed as the Run Game Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach. Prior to this, he served as the offensive coordinator and offensive line coach at the University of Washington. His extensive experience in collegiate football, including previous roles at the University of Miami and the University of Arizona, positions him to make a significant impact on the Raiders’ offensive strategies.
Nate Carroll will take on the role of Assistant Quarterbacks Coach. Before joining the Raiders, he was the passing game coordinator for the Carolina Panthers. His background in coaching quarterbacks and the passing game is expected to enhance the development of the Raiders’ quarterbacks.
The inclusion of both Brennan and Nate Carroll in the Raiders’ coaching staff brings a wealth of experience and a strong football pedigree to the organization. Their appointments are anticipated to contribute to the team’s strategic development and performance in the upcoming season.
