Red Bull’s youth program has let go of rising sensation Kacper Sztuka following a difficult start to his Formula 3 season. After just four race weekends of the 2024 campaign, Red Bull fired the Polish teen sensation, which prompted him to post a resolute message on social media.
November 2023 saw Sztuka join the elite Red Bull Junior Team, fresh off his triumphs in the Italian Formula 4 championship and the Formula Winter Series. With just four races under his belt, Red Bull management are not satisfied with the 18-year-old driver who made the jump to Formula 3.
His only point-scoring effort of the season came from finishing fifth in the Imola sprint race, and he is now languishing in 19th place in the Drivers’ Championship. In the past, he has finished 20th in the Bahrain sprint race, 28th in the Grand Prix, and 16th and 18th in Australia. He finished 15th in the GP after finishing P5 in the Imola sprint.
